Having lived here with my wife since 2006 and been on council in one form or another (including several as president) since 2010, I’m fully committed to contributing to this community and appreciate the opportunity.  We’re now happily raising our kids in this spectacular environment.  I’m a forester by trade and I’m always looking for ways to ensure the natural splendour of BC remains a prominent feature in this beautiful community in the middle of an otherwise bustling city. I relocated to Nanaimo in 2015 from the Lower Mainland, where I spent 16 years working in downtown Vancouver as a Paralegal and Office Manager. My earlier career included roles in legal administration and office management, providing me with a solid foundation in organization, communication, and client service.

Currently in my eleventh year of Strata Management with Colyvan Pacific, I truly enjoy the collaborative nature of the role—particularly working with Long Lake’s Council members and homeowners. Together, we strive to maintain Long Lake as one of the most desirable communities to live in within the Nanaimo area.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, hiking the many beautiful trails of Vancouver Island with my three dogs, exploring by motorbike, and paddling the region’s lakes and coastal waters by kayak.
