Long Lake Heights Estates operates under a set of bylaws approved by owners at the Annual General Meeting on November 2, 2015, and subsequently amended by AGM resolution in November 2025. These bylaws are filed with the BC Land Title Office and govern how the strata corporation is managed and how owners, tenants, and occupants may use their properties.

Note to realtors and prospective buyers: These bylaws include important provisions regarding rental restrictions (Part 4, Division 7) — the maximum number of rental units is 46. Form B (Information Certificates) are available through Colyvan Pacific.
