Just a friendly reminder regarding Guest parking in our Strata Community. If you have guests staying in Visitor Parking past the permitted seven (7) days in a calendar month, please either place a note on the dash of the vehicle with Strata residents address and time frame of stay or let our Strata Manager know to avoid any vehicles being tagged unnecessarily.

Clients of homeowners that run a home-based business are not permitted to park in visitor parking and must park on the property where the business is located.
