RED BIN FALL PROGRAM

We are pleased to announce that the Red Bins will be here over the weekend of May 15 through to May 18,2026.

Owners are reminded that the Red Bins are for landscape waste and cuttings only and are not for the removal of tree pruning debris such as large limbs and stumps.  Waste must be free of plastic bags or other non-organic/non-flammable products. Bins can be filled to wall height only as additional costs will be incurred for over-filled bins. Disposal of inappropriate materials and over-filling of the bins could jeopardize our sponsored participation in this program in the future. 

Please place your waste responsibly and fill as far toward the back of the bin as possible to make sure others have space for their waste.

Red Bins will be placed at the following locations:

Summit Drive and Heron Place – Visitors’ Parking area*

Summit Drive and Charfinch Place – Visitors’ Parking area* 

Summit Drive and Salal Drive – Visitors’ Parking area*

*There will be restricted visitor parking during this weekend at the three designated visitor parking areas. 

Please respect the areas adjacent to the bins during their use and clean-up any fallen debris around the bins. The care and respect shown by Strata residents is important in the decision to continue with the FireSmart Program in the Spring and the Red Bin Program in the Fall.
