The current strata council encourages you to attend to:
- meet fellow homeowners, council members, Strata committee members, and your strata management company representative.
- gain an appreciation of overall Strata Community management including capital projects.
- understand/approve annual Strata financial/Bylaw management recommendations.
- elect your Strata Council for the year ahead.
- acknowlege and show your support for your Strata Council and Community Committee who are all “volunteers”.
